A friend recommended Longacre to us a few years ago as we had to replace our 22 year old HVAC system in September 2020. We had a great experience (best price and quality service). Most recently (April 2023), we purchased another property in Phoenixville and we had to replace what was the original HVAC system (24 years old). We were pleased to find out that Longacre was able to do another install that far away from Bally. Another great experience working with Eric and the entire team. Thanks again Wendy and Mark

We had an amazing experience with this company. They did HVAC work at two of our properties We had routine maintenance done at one and we had an AC unit installed at the other one and when there was a small issue, it was taken care of immediately.The staff was personable and helpful and the rates could not be beat! We would highly recommend them and would use them in the future.
