Hello Melissa, We appreciate your constructive criticism, we are compelled to address the pricing, as the tasks are broken down, and you requested us to try to salvage the existing toilet prior to you going forward with replacement by augaring it still, though the tech communicated that it was not going to come out. As a business we have to include time spent on savaging the prior toilet. The price would have been less as we said the object was lodged inside the toilet wouldn't come out but we do what's necessary per customer at customer's request.
