- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up in a restaurant and branching off into different levels of culinary arts, I always found myself looking for more. I love to be challenged and after so many years of working as a head chef in various restaurants, I decided it was time to put myself to the test of going into business for myself. It has been extremely challenging and even more rewarding.
