- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes a flat fee - depending on the job. this are sometimes when we will charge $35 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to speak with customers to get to know exactly what they want and what they expect from me which includes time table, materials, payment, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plumbing and woodworking was learned in the Navy. General carpentry skills learned mostly hands-on in my own home and helping out friends. I worked with two general contractors renovating homes for approximately two years. I am also the maintenance custodian at my church.
