My husband and I came home from a fun Friday night to a not-so-fun discovery: we had no water. We called Derek on Saturday morning who came by that afternoon to diagnose the problem, which was that our well pump had taken its final breath. He kindly rearranged his schedule on Monday to take care of it, which involved excavating the rocky terrain to find the well head and replacing the pump, the well head, and the galvanized pipe. He and one other guy whose name I unfortunately didn't get managed to complete all of this between 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., which was incredibly speedy. The price for everything was reasonable and they were really easy to work with. Cannot recommend DK Plumbing enough!

So far, so good. We've had plumbers out from DK twice now, and both were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I'm so tired of the big companies with all the truck fleets and TV ads. Smaller is so often better. I'm sticking with DK for the foreseeable future.
