(I DO NOT DO PLUMBING WORK) I prefer fast an easy small scale tasks and to keep things moving very quickly. I typically am hired for random tasks all week long and about once a month I’ll get a bigger size job that can take up too 2 weeks or longer. Usually though the jobs I get done are as follows: hanging lights/ceiling fans/blinds/pictures/tv’s/smokedetectors; finish carpentry work; flooring any kind; fence repairs/installs; land/brush clearing maintenance landscape building; pavers/decks/staircases; hanging handrails; simple electric; siding/roofing repairs; drywall hanging/finishing…patching walls/reconnecting cracked plaster/water damage; painting projects; repairs broken cabinets/doors; repairing gutters; sealing broken sidewalk cracks; organizing/labeling circuit breakers; replacing window screens; painting/sealing cellar hatchways; replacing locks/door knobs; installing mailbox’s; removing black mold in bathrooms; repairing broken tile work; backsplashes; creating fire pits; installing air conditioners… my availability is extremely convenient and fast, and just about every job I’ve completed has led to another job I’m referred to. I accept all types of payment options and I also make deals especially for tools and gift cards. Very easy to get along with and my phone has endless contacts messaging me every so often for the next idea a previous customer has and wants to know when I can come again. Ctfu
