- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a simple per assignment fee, or per hour. Our rates are very fair and affoedable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know their circumstances and needs, and giving them the best results possible. If the results were unexpected, we show our clients why the result was the way it was, and what steps can be taken to lessen any tax burdens they are subject to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I complete a minimum of 10 CED credit hours of education per year on topics and subjects required or pertinent to my profession.
