- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing on number of men on site, how the homeowners homes are set up ! We do offer a couple of discounts like multi-project discounts , a referral discount n much more!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction is very important to us, so we we have met, we would go over exactly what you envision your home to look like, we could also offer our design services so that the homeowner has a better understanding what the completed job would look like and cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am OSHA CERTIFIED, I was in the HVAC. union for several years. We are licensed and insured.
