I guarantee my work and service all make and models. also our team got let go from a national company that specializes in appliance repair and the team I worked for was so amazing we decided to start our own business and so there are three guys and a female. I decided to move closer to family in the beaver county area, while the rest of my team still operates out of Raleigh NC. We charge an $80 diagnostic fee. Joseph from Jack & Jill Appliance fixed our washing machine and thoroughly cleaned our dryer and venting pipe. Joseph is a pleasant professional. He gave us next-day service and arrived on time. He diagnosed the washer problem as its pump. Getting to the pump was challenging, but he easily did all the necessary contortions. After Joseph installed the new pump, the washer ran like new. Although the dryer worked fine, it was filled with lint and was a fire hazard. Joseph completely disassembled the dryer and removed all the lint from the cabinet and the venting. We could not be more pleased with his services and found the charge less than anticipated. Working with Jack & Jill Appliance was an outstanding experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I was trying to find a appliance technician to come and check my refrigerator that wasn’t working properly. Through this App., Jacks & Jill Appliance Rx popped up. It was past 10pm. last night when I put in the information that was needed and within minutes I got a response!! I gave my address as requested and the next day the technician was outside my door at the time he gave me. The technician (Joe) was very professional and polite. He explained to me the problem and what needed fixing and how much it would cost.
