Licensed and insured Painting company..I’ve been in business for 5 years now but I have been painting for 20 years, I started painting in high school with a small family company after high school I went to the US Navy (from 2003-2007. Once I completed my contact with the military I came back to the Pittsburgh area and got back into painting…. I had been a foreman for a well established company prior to starting my own business. I have great attention to detail. I am very punctual. I would consider myself an easy person to work with.

I hired JT of Grady’s Painting to do the exterior painting of my home in late October. Well we live in the north and this year winter came a little early and in JT’s professional opinion he thought it not wise to paint now but to wait until spring for obvious reasons. He wanted to do the best job possible and I agreed. His disposition was so kind I wanted give him some work. Since I am remodeling a 1926 home there was plenty to do on the inside. So he started painting the bedroom and living room and has done a great job with repairing cracks and holes from water damage caused by a previous leaky roof. He and his staff even started demo on the kitchen. Turns out he’s not only a painter but a construction company. Thanks JT for being great at your craft. More projects to come in the very near future. Included are some before and after pics. There’s more to come… stay tuned I’ll let you know how the kitchen turn out in another review! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, if the customer has a budget please let me know. I will try my best to accommodate the customer budget
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we share a email/text and or phone call to get a brief description of what work needs completed. Then the customer and I figure out a good time to do a walk through and I ask them when they need it done by and tell them when I could possibly start. I email or call (whichever the customer prefers) a quote. We then discuss the quote and after we settle on the estimate we schedule. I start the job and work until it’s finished!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up , My dad was in the painters union. He started his business when I was 15. I loved going to work with my dad when I was younger and learned a lot from him. He is retired now with over 40 years in the painting field.
