- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for drain cleaning are as follows $275 up to 2 hours. Sectional or drum machine will be ran until water level of clog drops. Depending on what may be found on the cable the snake will be ran back and forth multiple times to ensure it grabs as much as it can. Water will be heavily tested to ensure its draining properly. $400 up to 2 hours. Hydro jetter will be ran until drain pops and it takes water consistently. This procedure will wash out most blockages, cut roots at the penetrations, and push grease out of the sewer. By booking the customer acknowledges that either of these method may only provide relief to the sewer system. Neither method will be guarantee as permanent solutions. If a sewer has a separation, crushed pipe, bellies, etc, it may need excavated to fix for a long term solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather as much information as possible as in what is going on at the location as far as symptoms. Ask figure out as much as we can before we even get on site, that way the tech can prepare and have most of what they need before they get there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 year apprenticeship in plumbing, tested out as a journeyman plumber, worked as journeyman for 2 years, tested out as a master plumber. Fully licensed and insured. PA contractor license for home improvement.
