A price over the phone usually means on average. Every job can be different. Prices come down to each job usually. Some can be more expensive and some can be cheaper.

Initial conversation. Possibly taking a look at work needed. Conversation on scope and an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
