FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a Veteran Owned Business, I do offer Veterans a Discount . Pricing for Roofing is based on the Size of the Roof, how many Layers of Shingles, The Height and Steepness of the Roof. There are also factors like how easy it is to dispose of the Shingles after tear off, how much metal or flashing work is involved or chimneys. Detail work is a big factor in getting an accurate up front price. Really in order to get an accurate price a full Inspection should be done inperson by the Roofing Contractor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact is made with a customer, we setup a time to do an Inspection of the Roof. After the Inspection is done, we sit down with the Homeowner and see if they have any questions and get the Full Scope of Work they want completed. At this time we also discuss what we found from our Inspection. After we have all the information we need, we do a formal Estimate based on all the information from the Inspection and the sit down with the Homeowner. After we finish with the Estimate we give it to the Homeowner for their Review. We are a No Pressure Company, but we do like to follow up with Customers after a few days to see if there is anything else they need or if they have any questions. We carry Samples and literate of all the Products we use for Roofing.
