FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on project scope — including shoot length, travel, equipment needs, and editing time. I never nickel-and-dime, and I always provide clear estimates up front so there are no surprises. I also offer package pricing for events, business promos, and recurring content projects to help maximize value while fitting your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief consultation to understand your goals, audience, and project style. From there, I help develop a plan and shot list, then handle all filming and post-production. You’ll get draft versions to review and request any edits. Communication is key — I make sure you’re involved and informed every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 20 years with Apple in creative and technical roles, including film workflows, motion graphics, and multimedia production. I’ve trained directly through Apple programs in cinematography, editing, color grading, and visual storytelling — and I continue to invest in professional gear and ongoing education to stay on the cutting edge.
