FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, upfront pricing for residential, commercial, Airbnb, move-in/move-out, special event, and hourly/priority cleaning services. Every home is unique, so pricing is based on the size, condition, and scope of work. Free online estimates are available, and we also offer in-person consultations for a fee. Seasonal promotions may be available throughout the year. Whether you need a one-time deep clean or ongoing service, we'll help you find the option that best fits your needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free online estimate or a quick phone consultation to learn about your cleaning needs. We then provide transparent pricing and help you choose the service that's the best fit for your home or business. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll schedule your appointment and send a confirmation with everything you need to know. For recurring residential clients, we begin with an initial deep cleaning to bring the home to our maintenance standard before starting ongoing service. We create a full client profile for you that includes what we clean, what we don't clean, pets, parking, trash location, etc. After each visit, we're available for follow-up questions or feedback to ensure you're completely satisfied. Our goal is to make the entire process simple, professional, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team receives comprehensive hands-on training through Plum Pristine Clean's standardized cleaning system, quality control procedures, and customer service expectations. Every cleaner is trained in proper cleaning techniques, product usage, safety practices, and efficient workflows before working independently. We provide ongoing coaching, quality inspections, and continuing education to ensure our team consistently delivers professional, high-quality results. Our Deep Clean Specialist (DCS) team also receives advanced training in detailed initial, move-in/move-out, and specialty cleanings.
