- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with clients in ways that align with their budget and personal preferences. Give me a monthly budget to work within, choose to pay hourly, or opt for payment by project, in which we will agree on a price for a given project from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation for first time customers. Here we will meet via zoom or phone call & discuss goals, budget, expectations, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Strategic Communication & Marketing at Butler University.
