Professional, courteous and most importantly honest! Unfortunately my appliance isn’t worth the cost of repair but the honesty regarding so goes a long way! Will be the first company I call for any issues in the future!

Paul was great and very knowledgeable when we needed our dishwasher repaired. Only issue would be scheduling. The company gives you a day but not a time window until the day of. This was fine for us but could see it being an issue for others.

The only company that returned a phone call, gave me a time span as to when they would be there and quoted the cost for service call, they showed up on time and repaired a clothes dryer and dishwasher , very professional, and cleaned up the site

I contacted Appliance Doctor on a Saturday night and by Monday morning the worker came over and fixed my washer. I am greatly appreciative and would highly recommend. The price was very affordable too!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We waive our Service Fee with a repair. Returning customers get a $25.00 Credit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call the customer between 8-9AM to confirm appointment the day of the appointment. We arrive within the time frame or you get $25.00 credit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Technicians are fully trained on multiple brands and types of appliances. We send our technicians for hands on training of new equipment annually and we subscribe to a webinar series for more frequent education.
