Mr. Appliance charged a little more for the service call but they responded within hours and came over to diagnose the problem with my washer. The repair would have cost 2X the cost of a new one, so i have ordered a new washer

Mr Appliance was fast to respond, professional and came on time to look at my dishwasher. Unfortunately my dishwasher was beyond repair so I don’t have experience with their work quality. I would hire them again.
