I cannot say enough great things about my experience with OB Appliance Repair. Though I sent my original message late at night, I heard back very quickly and was able to schedule a time for an estimate just as quickly. There was constant communication throughout the process in terms of time of arrival, what to expect, etc. The problem was identified very quickly, and he had my dryer up and running within 15 mins. tops. Also showed me a couple of quick maintenance tips in order to ensure a long life for the appliance. They will be my first phone call when I'm in need of appliance repair. Friendly, reliable, honest, professional, and looking out for ways to save their customers money — a perfect experience.

Dryer on the fritz….just happened a week ago. Did a search on Nextdoor and this was the first repair person to come up and I’m here to tell you I needed to search no further!!! Immediate response to my inquiry. Gave multiple options for a tech to come out and take a look. I had Donovan out this morning early ….before the scheduled between 8-12. Quick diagnoses of the issue, immediate repair and boom done!! Quick, efficient and took the time to answer a few questions I had. Hands down the BEST experience ever with repair service/tech. The company that I selected was informative , Courteous and patient. I scheduled for a day but had to reach back out to change the date. He responded back within 10 mins and assisted me and helped me instantly. The guy who came out Donovan was nothing short of professional, friendly and honest. He was telling me and explains everything with my washer ( I don’t know nothing about appliances ) but he was definitely helpful. But I ended up needing a new one when it’s all said and done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary on the repair we wish we could give you an exact estimate over the phone but we cannot until we visit your home and diagnose your unit to make sure we order/ pick up the proper parts needed for your appliance! we do have a diagnostic fee of 89.99 plus tax for brands such as Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Etc. We also have a diagnostic fee of 109.99 plus tax for high end brands such as Sub zero, LG, Samsung, Etc. the good news is if you approve a repair estimate the diagnostic fee is waived!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very patient and want to help you in any way that we can, so please do not hesitate to call us we would love to visit your home and help fix your appliances!
