Donovan of OB Appliance Repairs is responsive, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He knows his stuff. He responded to my call, arrived when he said he would, then diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and just about 36 hours later, returned and fixed my stackable washer/dryer. All for a very reasonable price. Donovan explained everything to me patiently and I trust him completely. He's now my go to guy for ANY appliance issue. Terrific customer service.

Donovan arrived within the time scheduled. He was professional, polite and personable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my oven and was able to make the repair. Additionally he took a look at the freezer on my refrigerator and addressed the issue I was having. I would definitely recommend OB Appliance Repair, LLC.

I received a Fast response from OB appliance repair (Donovan) was able to get me a appointment next day for our refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and assessed our situation and we were able to get a good understanding of what was happening and what we needed to do going forward. Donavan is a very pleasant, energetic person who diagnosed out dishwasher problem within 10 minutes of arrival and ordered the part on his phone. Installed the part 2 day later. He says he can fix any appliance and I believe him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary on the repair we wish we could give you an exact estimate over the phone but we cannot until we visit your home and diagnose your unit to make sure we order/ pick up the proper parts needed for your appliance! we do have a diagnostic fee of 89.99 plus tax for brands such as Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Etc. We also have a diagnostic fee of 109.99 plus tax for high end brands such as Sub zero, LG, Samsung, Etc. the good news is if you approve a repair estimate the diagnostic fee is waived!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very patient and want to help you in any way that we can, so please do not hesitate to call us we would love to visit your home and help fix your appliances!
