Donovan came to check our 12+ year old dryer which just quit working. He quickly identified the cause, a burnt control board, but unfortunately Whirlpool doesn’t make the part anymore. Being more than 12 years old, the only option left is to buy a new unit. He gave us recommendations of various brands/models with good reliability from his years of experience in the repair work. We were surprised some brand name models that looked so beautiful actually were very unreliable! We really appreciate that information. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and neighbors for any appliance repairs they may need.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary on the repair we wish we could give you an exact estimate over the phone but we cannot until we visit your home and diagnose your unit to make sure we order/ pick up the proper parts needed for your appliance! we do have a diagnostic fee of 89.99 plus tax for brands such as Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Etc. We also have a diagnostic fee of 109.99 plus tax for high end brands such as Sub zero, LG, Samsung, Etc. the good news is if you approve a repair estimate the diagnostic fee is waived!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very patient and want to help you in any way that we can, so please do not hesitate to call us we would love to visit your home and help fix your appliances!
