We had a broken dishwasher in a rental property. Donovan was on it the morning after we connected. He was right on time and very professional. He explained the problem and what would be involved with an attempted fix. We were grateful for his assessment and ultimately decided to replace the unit. Although a fix would have been a lot more economical, and the cost of the service call would have been applied toward the repair, it was worth the cost of the evaluation to figure out our next steps. Would definitely call OB again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary on the repair we wish we could give you an exact estimate over the phone but we cannot until we visit your home and diagnose your unit to make sure we order/ pick up the proper parts needed for your appliance! we do have a diagnostic fee of 89.99 plus tax for brands such as Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Etc. We also have a diagnostic fee of 109.99 plus tax for high end brands such as Sub zero, LG, Samsung, Etc. the good news is if you approve a repair estimate the diagnostic fee is waived!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very patient and want to help you in any way that we can, so please do not hesitate to call us we would love to visit your home and help fix your appliances!
