I am a new homeowner who just recently moved into a house where the washing machine was not working. I contracted with Val from quick fix, who came same-day as my request, and he was excellent. He came in, diagnosed the problem, did the legwork to the store to pick up the part, installed the part, and then stuck around for 20 to 30 minutes to make sure that the washing machine was working properly. He even helped me to realize that the cold water was turned off by the seller/prior tenants - which as a new homeowner I had no idea was an issue. Would absolutely use his service again.
