When I reached out to the owner he resonded quickly. I am in Florida and needed someone to assist my elderly mother in NJ. Unfortunately, following the snow plowing of the street my mom's driveway was completely blocked. She was stuck in her home unable to drive her car to get any errands accomplished. The weather remained below freezing. I spoke with him and explained my need. Within 2 hours he swung by my mother's home, assessed the blockage and called me. We agreed on his service price and he immediately cleared the snow. I was extremely happy with his prompt actions. My mom was so grateful to get her freedom to come and go back! APM will be my snow removal company moving forward, they came through in a serious crunch for me.
