I had an appointment between 2-3, I had to call back twice to figure out when they were coming. Didn’t show up until after 5. Guy comes out and tells me I need to change my filter and that was the problem. But didn’t have a filter to replace it with so I had to get my own. Then charges me the “service fee plus inspection because if not it would be a complete wash for him to come out” … then the kicker is was he told me the filter was 18x20x1 so I had to custom order it, mind you the whole time it was 16x20x1 so I’ve been without a filter for 5 days and paid an excessive amount of money with no resolution. Do not recommend.
