It’s refreshing to read the positive reviews from others and have the same great experience. I noticed my AC unit’s fan was not running, which explained why our house was getting so warm. John was the first to respond, and even though it was around 8 PM, he communicated clearly, gave me an estimated arrival time, and kept me updated (arrived at 9:15). After checking the unit, he found the issue within about 20 minutes — the system was very low on refrigerant and had a small leak.

John took the time to explain everything in detail to my husband and I, including the problem, the solution, and what to expect since our unit is pretty old. He was honest and upfront, recommending that we top off the refrigerant and make the most of the unit we have left rather than spending money unnecessarily at this time. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made a great impression. He completed the job quickly and gained customers for years to come. Highly recommend!!!!

I recently had an issue with my central AC unit right during the last heat wave. Needless to say I needed someone fast. John arrived when stated he would, diagnosed the problem, and quickly fixed it. His price was also very fair. I highly recommend. I will definitely be using this company again!

WHOA!!! Talk about getting a PROFESSIONAL!!! Kid knows his stuff forward and backwards! And that knowledge probably saved us hundreds of dollars. He could’ve gotten us the way other companies do… but he didn’t. He did a perfect fix and extended our hvac/furnace system another few years!!!
