My initial contact with Rafael has been disheartening. I felt like I had to chase them to get the job done. I was told a date I took off work, and no one appeared. If I didn’t text him, it doesn't look like I would have been contacted. He told me the next day the person would come. I waited all day for another disappointing day, and when I message them, the person didn't appear they never responded after they told me they would appear. It was my birthday weekend, so I had to rearrange my plans,cancel appts, and miss out on family events. Because they didn't start on Thursday like they were supposed to. They started Sunday and finished on my birthday on Tuesday. But if they had started jan 9, my original date, I wouldn't have lost out on appt and birthday events or work. ____>>>>>Moving forward <<<> The Painter Luis , which was assigned to me, was very pleasant. He was kind and had great customer service. When I had a concern and brought it to his attention, he was helpful and explained. He did a great job. House was successfully painted . I think Luis is a great asset to the company. Thank you, Luis, for showing me to give the company a chance based on your poise and your ,skills, and workmanship . It started rocky but ended well and very pleased with the work. Rafeal later communicated better. Thank you, IGI Painters pro, for the experience .
