John is 5 stars. He made an appointment with me, came on time, communicated well, listened to what I needed, did the work very well, and was reasonably priced. But what I think was best about him is that he knew what to do and just did it - I was able to get other things done around the house and answer work calls while he was here and he worked independently and let me know when he was done. He was friendly with me and my family and nice to the pets. Overall, 5/5 experience. I've called him again to come this week to do some more work. I'm sure it's going to be another 5/5 experience.
