Top Notch responded almost immediately when I put in a last-minute request for help with a move-out cleaning. The team did a thorough job, taking about 2.5 hours to clean my apartment, including a thorough job on the bathroom and kitchen, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning the fridge and oven. Everything looked great afterwards and I appreciated how hard the cleaners worked, even on short notice and what was clearly at the end of a long day for them.

My mother in law is coming!! With my own mom being ill, I have had no time lately to even dust. Top Notch came in and gave me an excellent deep clean! I am ready for the white glove :). My cleaners didn't speak a lot of English but we did just fine with Google translate! The owner of the company talked to me all through the job, very communicative and wanted to be sure I was happy with the service.

We charge about $50-$60 per hour per cleaner depending on condition of home, which includes all cleaning supplies and equipments (conditions apply) Discounts are applied and based on individual clients requirements and contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, understanding their requirement is very important. Sharing all the details about the cleaning, our services is also a crucial step when on boarding a new clients. Depending on what they require us to do, we put in our best cleaners to give them an excellent service.
We take a small deposit upfront to book the appointment and final payment is due upon completion of work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing house cleaning as a hobby as I thrive to keep things around me very clean and organised. The name was spreading around in the community and I turn my cleaning passion into a company.
