Kenney has done many handyman projects for me. Brand new roof, repair and repainting of damaged ceilings, repainting of bedroom wall, replacement of kitchen and bathroom electrical lights, brand new beautiful railing, porcelain tiles in entryway, repainting of door and power washing of outside cement (looks brand new). Installing another railing, installing curtain rods. I only wish he wasn’t so busy. Thank you Kenney for all your hard work.

Kenny responded quickly to all texts or calls. He texted me when he thought he was going to be late. He then arrived right on time. He is well groomed and professional. He does not curse. He wore a mask when I met him. He worked quickly. He replaced a lockset for a storm door. I provided the lockset. He has a large work van. He was friendly and courteous. He made such a positive impression that I am hiring him to do some tile work and painting.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m flexible and will work with you the best way I can. But no matter what the price is you will always get quality work from our company. We’re not about charging clients crazy amount . We wanna get the job, charge a fair amount, show the client they made a great choice so they can consider FARO Home SoLutions for another project they have or recommend us to a friend or family member.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients are different so the process changes. Some know what they want, when they want it and how they want it and there are customers who are the opposite. But with all clients I’m very outgoing, friendly and upfront with them. If I can’t do something and don’t feel comfortable I will let the client know. Being Honest goes a long way with clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a 3 year course for Carpentry & Millwork at the Bucks County Technical School. I received a Certificate of Completion. Then there’s 20 years of guidance and training I was given from working in the family business.
