- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m flexible and will work with you the best way I can. But no matter what the price is you will always get quality work from our company. We’re not about charging clients crazy amount . We wanna get the job, charge a fair amount, show the client they made a great choice so they can consider FARO Home SoLutions for another project they have or recommend us to a friend or family member.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients are different so the process changes. Some know what they want, when they want it and how they want it and there are customers who are the opposite. But with all clients I’m very outgoing, friendly and upfront with them. If I can’t do something and don’t feel comfortable I will let the client know. Being Honest goes a long way with clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a 3 year course for Carpentry & Millwork at the Bucks County Technical School. I received a Certificate of Completion. Then there’s 20 years of guidance and training I was given from working in the family business.
