JR was super responsive and flexible with his time. About a week before the move he stopped by for an estimate in the evening so I didn’t have to take time off work. He told me a lot of what I needed to know, or didn’t know I needed to know, like how to apply for a special street permit for the moving truck on Girard Ave. He also estimated the time and people power needed by taking a glance at my place so I had a somewhat accurate idea of the cost. I also had a last minute emergency when I found out the night before my move that the elevator in my new apartment building might be broken. When I called in a panic thinking I’d have to change the move date, they were able to add another person to the crew in case it was necessary to do the move without an elevator. Overall I had a great moving crew that was personable and easy to work with.
