JD Powerwashing was formed in 2018 after I started noticing homes in my area that needed to be cleaned on the outside. Once I really started looking, I could not unsee it. Everywhere I looked I could see homes with black mold on roofs leaving unsightly streaks, siding covered in algae and grime, windows that homeowners could barely see through! That was it. I started the company the next day and now am here for all of my customer's exterior cleaning needs.

I must tell you how pleased and amazed I am by the professionalism exhibited and high quality of power-washing work David and his team did on the two jobs I hired them for! I am not only a homeowner but I am a Realtor also, so I am not easily impressed by the work that vendors and contractors offer, since I’ve seen it all! I hired this company to restore my client’s horrible looking fence and concrete before I put their house on the market for sale. I also hired this company to do a comprehensive treatment on my personal home. JD Powerwashing’s attention to deal, pride in the work they do, their responsiveness to questions, flexibility in scheduling, very reasonable pricing and the overall results they delivered make them one of the BEST companies I have ever hired. Period.

A+++ Excellent job.......my house has never looked better! Hired JD Powerwashing based on 5 star reviews here and was blown away. Very professional, excellent communication, competitive pricing and amazing work. Removed almost 2 years of dirt, grime, and moss from my 70 year old colonial. This baby is shining! I am now the envy of the block! (My neighbor just hired him.) Customer for life...thank you! (I had a heck of a time adding photos - feel free to do so JD Powerwashing)

Too early to say what the final results will look like, since it takes a month or so of rainfall to wash the moss they killed off the roof. The 2-person crew as very thorough, even making a second application in the areas with the most moss to be sure they got it all.

Our prices are extremely competitive. While we may not be the least expensive we are always willing to explain why your project is priced the way it is!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to hear about your needs and then we thoroughly explain how we can be of service. Once we have the right information the customer will have an estimate e-mailed to them within 15 minutes!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
There is a void in the service industry that needed to be filled when it came to the cleaning of home exteriors. We set out to fill the void by maintaining that we are a CUSTOMER SERVICE company first that just so happens to clean homes!
