Customer should know they never pay for an estimate from Cover All Exteriors. Whether you need assistance with your siding or roofing, the estimate from Cover All Exteriors is always free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step when working with new customer for Cover All Exteriors is to contact us to discuss the issue you are currently experiencing. A representative from Cover All Exteriors will then book an appointment for a free inspection based on availability. On the day the estimate is set to take place, an individual from Cover All Exteriors will contact you to ensure you are still available at the originally agreed upon time. Once the Cover All Exteriors technician arrives they will inspect the roofing or siding as requested by the customer. After the technician has diagnosed the issue and compiled a solution to address it, they will provide a free estimate to the customer and offer availability to have the work completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cover All Exteriors regularly sends employees to trade shows and training seminars to ensure they are well-versed in all of the latest roofing and siding techniques.
