These guys are simply the best. I had my roof replaced by Romano Roofing a few years ago. I had noticed a small leak after this past torrential rainstorm. I made a call them and quickly was speaking to Jay Romano, NOT a recording. He set up a warranty inspection for the next day. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. After a short inspection, it was determined that a missing screw on one of the new windows I had installed (by another contractor) was the cause of the leak. Jay took care of the problem, even though it WAS NOT a roof problem and was not covered by my warranty. He did not want me to have to go through contacting someone else to do a correct the problem that was not even his responsibility. This is the type of great craftsmanship, service, and value that you will receive from Romano Roofing. Thanks again guys.

Jay from Romano Roofing, Inc was one of many quotes I received that was reasonable and sound-mind approach resolving my situation. He provided a timeline in which the work was done as well as cleaning the area afterwards. Was recommended Romano Roofing after my south Philly flat roof started leaking. I called, and they were out the next day to provide an estimate with a range of repair options. Once we decided on one, they were out in just a few days to get everything taken care of ahead of a big storm. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and punctuality.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Not only were they the best priced to put on a large roof, but ten years later they came out and made a repair for me caused by storm damage. They are a top notch company so know you are in good hands when using them.

Jay and team did a tremendous job. The estimate process was easy and came in at about the middle of the three we received for a complete replacement of both second and third floor roofs. The work was started almost immediately, which we wouldnt have expected, but was a nice perk! Everyone we interacted with at Romano Roofing showed a commitment to communication, going above and beyond in keeping us informed of the various logistics and status. What really blew us away was their commitment to cleanliness. Roofing is not what I would describe as a dust-free, easy and clean pursuit, but the team on site was constantly sweeping and straightening so that both we and our neighbors were not disturbed. At the end of the day, Romano was easy to do business with, made us feel comfortable with the process, and left us confident in the work. Wed highly recommend them.
