- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide honest, transparent pricing with free inspections and detailed estimates—no hidden fees. Pricing varies based on the scope of work, materials, and any storm-related damage. We work with homeowners and insurance claims when applicable, and financing options may be available. We also proudly offer discounts for qualifying customers when promotions are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation and a full inspection to understand the customer’s concerns and what the property needs. Then we provide a detailed estimate, explain the options clearly, and answer any questions. Once approved, we coordinate everything from scheduling to permits (when required) and keep communication open from start to finish. We always do a final walkthrough to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
