Not responsive. I've been communicating with them for a couple of weeks for a drain channel installation. No conclusive response after the initial communication. He replied to my original review. Most of the response is not accurate. I sent him pictures and he was supposed to come back with the final estimate. He never did. I also warned him the day before that I will leave a bad review for his communications. After leaving the review he reached out and apologized. Although initially was shouting and threatening but I assume that was because of his passion for his business. Reading other reviews looks like he is running a decent business. So I assume my case was an exception. I am revising the rating from 2 to 4.

Guys we’re on time and very polite. Owner was available for any questions and was helpful. Guys worked quickly and even fixed a paver that was loose in another area. Very professional. Job well done and would hire again.
