- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on Per Job. If Emergency Services are requested extra fees will apply. Estimates are given as an idea. Depending on the results of the first cleaning and our cleaning plan we design specifically for your your home, with more detailed cleaning we will adjust the price accordingly. We do our best to work with every situation. *taxes and fees are not included in pricing estimates!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with customer to get an idea of job requests. Request pictures, or videos. Skype consultant or in person to discuss details. We can schedule time and date to come out for an estimate. depending on location and travel time that may require a fee. If we ask for a deposit to be paid, and fees will be deducted from this deposit. We come out, work hard to get your home clean. Work out a plan, what you would like to focus on cleaning with the detailed time of the cleaning, so we have the proper supplies ordered for the next Booking. Make a plan, one time cleaning, ok too! Weekly cleanings? Monthly? Bi Weekly? Bi Monthly? Pay any balances owed. You get Your home back in Order, shining and feeling fresh and clean, all over again. Just like the Day you moved in!!!
