- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by time and material in a pre-estimated format. Our price DOES NOT CHANGE unless additional work is requested AND agreed upon (via a signed "Change-Order" form).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The owner of the company meets at the home to review the upcoming project. We believe in listening closely to details so that we can provide an accurate price and ensure we give our customers exactly what they had envisioned. We provide a fair price for top quality professional work. We send a professional, friendly, well-spoken crew to our customer's home. They know exactly what is to be done on the project and take pride in seeing that vision come true. Upon completion, we check with the customer to ensure everything is as hoped and correct anything that is not as expected per the contract agreement. Our goal is to earn LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS with customers, and keep coming back to assist them in the future. We want to be a life-long provider for their painting and related services (see the services we provide in our "SERVICES" section here on Thumbtack).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide additional training to all of our "junior level" painters prior to sending them out in the field, where they are watched and guided by their foreman. Our "senior level" painters have many years of professional experience, working in all aspects of painting services. Our foreman can run jobs effectively and efficiently- providing quality control, offering suggestions to improve durability if we uncover unforeseen issues, and also communicating well with our customers to answer on-going questions.
