Tim came out to my job site, within a day or two, after contacting him. He thoroughly evaluated my issue at hand and was prompt in sending me a detailed report which outlined a solution to the structural problem I had at my house. Tim was professional, prompt, and willing to look at my structural problem from all angles in order to come up with a solution that all of us felt comfortable with.
