He was very professional and determined the probable cause of the problem in a timely manner. Even though the printer was less than two years old and was used for personal printing (20 to 30 prints per month), a major component went bad and would not be cost-effective to invest the time and part needed to repair it. I was very disappointed in the longevity of this HP printer! But was very satisfied with the technician!

Berks Copy Tech has been incredibly helpful to our business in the last 10 years. They respond to our requests very quickly; often within the same day. Ovi, the technician, is very good at what he does. Their prices are the lowest. We are happy with their service and we continue to use them.
