- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For mechanical repairs, if I quote a price, then that's how much it will cost no matter what. That's for jobs like oil changes, brakes, filters.. I'll charge a per job price. For repairs that are troubleshoot, diagnos, and repair.. I will charge $25 - $40 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know a little about the customer. Having light conversation. The most important aspect in building a business is relationship. When we are familiar and somewhat comfortable with each other, the transaction will go much better.. the customer will be confident in me, and I will do even more to make sure the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been very mechanically inclined. Fixing bicycles ever since I could.. Trying to be creative, innovative, and inventive. I did not grow up with much money or resources, but that did not stop things from breaking, falling apart, malfunctioning, ect.... I started repairing cars at 14 years old on the family vehicles, and friends vehicles. I graduated from LCCC with an AAS in construction management.. I've worked years in automotive repair. I've worked years in building maintenance.
