We had a very good experience with Dream Maker Pools.They performed a free estimate for replacing the pool that came with a house we had recently bought that we had discovered was damaged beyond repair. They gave us various options and we did not feel pressured to go in a particular direction. They explained the process very clearly and were very transparent. Step 1) Getting a wishlist of everything the customer wants. Step 2) Rough pricing and scheduling for a site visit. Step 3) Go over EVERYTHING for the install, what our company is about, and answer any questions the customer may have.
