Shawn was prompt- even a little early, and very courteous. The carpet cleaning took approximately 1 hr and 45 min and I was very pleased with the results. My carpets looked like new! I would highly recommend him!

My husband and I hired Dedicated Cleaning Systems, LLC to clean our living room/dining room rug and to get the urine odor and stains out. The rugs are only 2 years old as we just built this house 2 years ago. Our entire room smelled of cat urine and there were a few areas that were heavily soiled and had stains on them from where she would continuously mark. We dealt directly with Shawn, the owner, and to say we are happy with our results is an understatement. He was very thorough, professional, and polite. My husband and I were looking at the rugs quite a bit over this past weekend and we kept saying "these rugs look as new as they did when we moved in two years ago". We could not have asked for better results! The stains are gone and the odor is completely gone! We will be hiring shawn again in the near future to have our family room rug cleaned as well. We absolutely recommend him!

Shawn is wonderful! He called the night before to confirm the appointment, arrived on time, spent the time necessary to do the job, and did a review with me afterward - all for the exact quoted price (and he did NOT try to talk me into any additional work, which most companies try to do once they're in your home).
I have white carpet, a five year old, and two cats - need I say more? - and Shawn got my carpets to sparkle again. After a summer of bare feet going from outside to inside, the carpets looked dingey; I feared they would never be white again! But Shawn inspected the carpet upon arrival, THEN he mixed the solution he would use to best fit the carpet and the dirt. I plan on having Shawn return every six months for maintenance because I am so happy with the results!
In addition, he also provides a service to pick up and return oriental area rugs! A nice service if you have ever dreaded the thought of trying to lug them to a cleaner yourself.
