Working with Sly was an amazing experience i 100% recommend him. When i first contacted him he responded almost immediately and called me to go over everything. He also called me the day before our appt ensuring a smooth process. The day of the appointment he arrived 15 minutes early and treated my home with the upmost care and respect. He worked promptly and diligently until everything my wife ( Air Force Veteran) who is very picky got everything she wanted. This was our first experience with the app and we definitely picked the right person! Thank you Cy and family for the great work.

Cy was super polite on the phone at first, which gave me hope. Although he laughed when i mentioned trying to do the spackling, and stuff myself to save some money. But once I asked for a price breakdown, the tone shifted fast. Suddenly I was being talked down to like I was wasting his time for asking basic questions. Professionalism shouldn't disappear the second money comes up. Disappointing experience.
Editing to add he has now threatened to sue me for slander due to my review. He assumed because I asked for a breakdown that I wanted the job for free and got extremely hostile. DO NOT RECOMMEND

In response to this non Customer my schedule and my word is that I will show up is what makes a business, if you don't cancel a doctors appointments with enough time to schedule someone else usually 1 day they charge you , some one once said people who don't respect your time don't respect you, and that is a bad start for any situation
