- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to repeat customers. Discounts are based on the project or projects needing completed. Please keep in mind that no matter who you decide to hire they are providing a service to provide for their families.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask a lot of questions from the start to make sure I can provide you with the best service possible and get to know who I'm doing the work for, knowledge is power. We will set a date and time that works for both of us and I will complete the work needed. If you have other work that is needing done I'm open to fixing it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My pap was a mechanic and my dad a carpenter, so I grew up with a hammer in one hand and a wrench in the other. I also have a college degree in Computer Network Administration
