What started as a simple roofing job turned into a real project; our back roof needed to be practically rebuilt, so there was an up-charge, but not an unreasonable one. Our house was built in the 1920's or 1930's, (I do not think there were many building codes at that time) so he had to contend with surprises from whatever was done back then. George will talk the problems out with you and arrive at a mutually agreed upon resolution - this is a very good thing with this house. So the 2 day job turned into a month-long affair, with delays due to weather, supplies and other issues. But the end result is so nice and all areas of the contract were fulfilled as requested. I recommend Alamo Home Improvement. I know we will use him again should a need arise (but he needs a new truck.)
