FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote one honest, all-in price — no surprise line items. Our estimates are free, and the number we give you already includes the things other companies tack on at the end: pulling the municipal permit, removing and hauling off your old fence, and core drilling where it's needed. That's what we mean by white-glove: one price, zero legwork on your end. Quotes are good for 14 days. We accept check (our preferred method, no fee) or card, and card payments carry a 2.9% processing fee that's waived when you pay by check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We move fast and keep it simple. When you reach out, you'll usually hear back from us within about 15 minutes during business hours. We schedule an on-site estimate — typically within a business day — so we can see the property, talk through what you're after, and take accurate measurements. You'll have a detailed written quote within 48 hours of that visit. Once you approve it, we handle the permit and scheduling, install your fence, and stand behind the work with our 76-week Freedom Protection Plan workmanship warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fencing is a hands-on trade, and our team has built it the way it should be built — through years of field experience installing vinyl, wood, chain-link, aluminum, and composite across residential, commercial, and industrial jobs. We stay current on Montgomery County permitting and local code so every install is done right and by the book.
