- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I switched to the online education. I am teaching my students using FaceTime, Skype or GoToMeeting platforms. Families of first responders will get 2 month free lessons (one weekly session). For others 50% of my lessons fee will be donated to the charity of your choice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important part of the educational process is to correctly evaluate the student; access the realistic expectations and capabilities of the student, build an educational plan based on these findings.
