Yesterday I found out my water heater was busted and water was all over my basement floor. Today I am smiling Mr. Steve from Water Heater Express is awesome.. Steve went out to a property we manage and replaced our water heater. At the time of request, I was unsure of the size of our heater, so he ordered both sizes. He initially agreed to arrive on the same day as request but got caught up on a job. He came the next day even though it was late and completed the job. He was professional and checked in at every step.
