Trent fixed a pipe in my garage that had burst during freezing weather. He was on time, personable, and finished the work quickly and neatly.
He asked about other work that might need to be done, so I showed him a leaky bathroom faucet. I expect it can be fixed with a new washer, but his estimate was for replacing both sink faucets/handles in the bathroom...several hundred dollars. No thanks.

5 StarsI had a small plumbing repair done at my home, and I was very pleased with the service. Joey was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. He did a great job, and everything is working perfectly now. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. Nice and personable but unfortunately unable to clearly identify and fix the leakage issue but able to have his apprentice effectively address a valve and toilet water regulator issues. The work was rather expensive and no itemized invoice was provided. Although, plumber Google search listed company #1 near to me, when in fact they are located in Johnstown. Their new tech Jonas, however, seemed very nice and competent and will make a nice addition to our area.

Well, my kitchen drain was still leaking. I called Tom-plumber again and they sent out Justin and Joe. They found the problem they fixed it. They also found out that my line going to my dishwasher was about to burst. I asked him to please give me an estimate and see if they could fix it. They gave me an estimate, I said do it and they did. They were very good very thorough. Thank you for all your help.
