Trent fixed a pipe in my garage that had burst during freezing weather. He was on time, personable, and finished the work quickly and neatly.
He asked about other work that might need to be done, so I showed him a leaky bathroom faucet. I expect it can be fixed with a new washer, but his estimate was for replacing both sink faucets/handles in the bathroom...several hundred dollars. No thanks.

Brett was my technician. He was great!!!Unfortunately I have roots in my sewer line, but Brett has given me a temporary solution and at least now my drains are draining!!! He gave me suggestions on how to prolong the fix and said he could get someone out there to look at my sewer lines and to give me a quote for a permit solutions. Im just so grateful my drains are draining. Thank you so much

Well, my kitchen drain was still leaking. I called Tom-plumber again and they sent out Justin and Joe. They found the problem they fixed it. They also found out that my line going to my dishwasher was about to burst. I asked him to please give me an estimate and see if they could fix it. They gave me an estimate, I said do it and they did. They were very good very thorough. Thank you for all your help.

Justin came out on call from 2 hours away in the middle of the night to unclog our pipes. He was super professional and got the problems resolved pretty fast. Couldn't be happier with his performance, would recommend!
