Bryce and Destin were awesome; they were efficient, respectful and did everything professionally. My apartment looks so mush nicer than before they got here. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Kristen, Ed, and their team made our second floor remodel easy! Kristen's design suggestions were spot on and she didn't overwhelm us with tiny decisions to make, or make us run to different places to look at samples. We loved the finished product and we would have never known all of our options without her suggestions. The after the fact service as we have questions or need small adjustments (which every project will have) has been amazing.

The kitchen in our new house is in desperate need of a remodel. We called Kristen for the beginning stage to just look at design options. We discussed at length everything about how we'd like it to look and function. She took the time to draw up five different layout options and was completely receptive to any changes I wanted to make. She was honest and up front about pricing, material quality, timeframe, etc. She even looked at the rest of the rooms in my house at my request & gave me tips on how to maximize the spaces with or without a remodel. Due to Covid we put the remodel off, but when we are ready, I will absolutely be going with the Harmony Group! Kristen definitely has an eye for design and is very knowledgable about the build aspect as well. I trust her team will do an amazing job. Projects should initially be discussed over the phone, or somewhere should clearly detail that projects will not be done unless all materials to complete the project come from the company. Ed was quick to reply but discussed nothing prior to scheduling. He then came to my home and let himself in when no one answered the front door and ultimately declined within about 5 minutes since I expressed that materials have been purchased and I would primarily need labor. Walking into someone's home in that manor alone is completely unprofessional.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is typically delivered as one total sum for the project, and that total will include all labor and materials needed and agreed upon for the project. Payment schedules are customized for each client/project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start the process with a free in-home visit to discuss your project, take measurements, and come up with design/layout options. From there we will draw up a design(s), source and recommend products, and put together a budget for your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kristen Books, the owner and Principal Designer, has an Associates Degree in Interior Design, as well as over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily in interior remodeling. Ed Chamberlin, Co-Owner and Lead Installer, has over 40 years in the construction industry, ranging from interiors to exteriors, new construction and remodeling.
